1. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Give PreCheck, LLC uses artificial intelligence as a core component of its enrollment assistance service. Our AI-powered SMS assistant, PreCheck CoPilot, communicates with recipients via text message to guide them through the TSA PreCheck enrollment process.

2. What the AI Does

PreCheck CoPilot handles the following tasks: • Introducing the recipient to the gift and explaining the enrollment process • Helping the recipient find and compare nearby enrollment centers • Guiding the recipient through booking an appointment • Delivering payment card information for the enrollment fee • Providing step-by-step instructions for adding a virtual card to a digital wallet • Sending appointment reminders • Following up after the appointment to confirm enrollment

3. How It Works

Each SMS message the recipient sends is processed by an AI language model (provided by Anthropic) that generates a contextual response based on the recipient's enrollment progress. The AI does not independently take actions such as booking appointments or making payments. It provides information and guidance only.

4. Human Oversight

A human team member monitors the enrollment assistance process and can take over the conversation at any time. The AI is designed to escalate to a human when it encounters questions it cannot answer confidently, when the recipient expresses frustration, or when any situation falls outside normal enrollment guidance.

5. Transparency

If a recipient asks whether they are communicating with a human or an AI, the assistant will honestly disclose that it is AI-powered. We believe in transparency about the use of AI in our service.

6. Limitations

The AI assistant may occasionally provide imperfect or incomplete guidance. It does not have access to TSA systems, cannot check application status, and cannot guarantee enrollment approval. All enrollment decisions are made by the Transportation Security Administration.

7. Data Handling

Conversation data processed by the AI is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Conversation content is used solely to provide the enrollment assistance service and is not used to train AI models.
