SMS / Messaging Consent Disclosure

1. Consent to Receive Messages
By purchasing the Give PreCheck service, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the recipient identified during checkout will receive SMS text messages from Give PreCheck, LLC at the mobile phone number provided. These messages are sent by PreCheck CoPilot, our AI-powered enrollment assistant, to help the recipient complete their TSA PreCheck enrollment.
By responding to our initial message or continuing to engage via SMS, the recipient consents to receive additional messages as part of the enrollment assistance service.
2. AI-Powered Messaging
PreCheck CoPilot is an AI-powered assistant. Messages sent to the recipient are generated by artificial intelligence, not a human. A human team member may take over the conversation at any time if needed. If the recipient asks whether they are communicating with a human or AI, the assistant will disclose that it is AI-powered.
3. Types of Messages
Recipients may receive the following types of SMS messages:
• An initial introduction message explaining the gift
• Guidance on selecting an enrollment center and booking an appointment
• Delivery of a payment card link for the enrollment fee
• Instructions for adding the payment card to a digital wallet
• Appointment reminders (48 hours before and day of appointment)
• Follow-up messages to confirm enrollment completion
• Re-engagement messages if the recipient has not responded
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on where the recipient is in the enrollment process. Recipients can expect to receive between 5 and 25 messages over the course of the enrollment process, which typically spans 1 to 6 weeks. Message frequency will not exceed 5 messages per day under normal circumstances.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. The recipient's mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Give PreCheck, LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by the recipient's carrier.
6. Opting Out
Recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving a STOP request, we will immediately cease all SMS communications to that number.
If a recipient opts out, the enrollment assistance service will no longer be available via SMS. The buyer will be notified that the recipient has opted out.
To resume messages after opting out, the recipient may text START to the same number.
7. Help
Recipients may reply HELP to any message for assistance. They may also contact us directly at admin@giveprecheck.com.
8. Privacy
Information collected through SMS, including phone numbers and message content, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share phone numbers or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.
