Give PreCheck, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates GivePrecheck.com and the Give PreCheck managed enrollment assistance service (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our Service, whether as a buyer or a recipient.

We use personal information for the following purposes: • To process purchases and deliver the Service • To send SMS messages to recipients via our AI-powered enrollment assistant • To issue payment cards for enrollment fee coverage • To send transactional emails to buyers • To provide customer support • To improve the Service and develop new features • To comply with legal obligations

We share personal information only as necessary to operate the Service: • Stripe: Payment processing • Twilio: SMS delivery • Tremendous: Payment card issuance • Anthropic: AI processing for assistant responses • Firebase/Google Cloud: Infrastructure hosting and data storage • Resend: Transactional email delivery We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Our enrollment assistant, PreCheck CoPilot, is powered by artificial intelligence. SMS conversations with the assistant are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Conversation content is used solely to provide the Service and is not used to train AI models. A human team member may review conversations for quality assurance or when manual intervention is needed.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service. Order records and conversation history are retained for up to 24 months after the order is completed or abandoned. Payment card credentials are never stored on our systems. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at admin@giveprecheck.com.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
